The Pettit Company Inc is owned and operated by the Pettit family, primarily Eddie and Carolyn.  The Pettit family has worked in the public records industry since 1982.  With this experience, we are aware of your needs and strive to offer the best personal service while keeping our prices among the lowest in the industry.  We are small enough to be responsive to our clients, yet experienced

enough to handle the largest of jobs.  Our experience allows us to maintain working relationships with a network of correspondents throughout the country so that we can provide service in every single county.  Because of this network, we can file any document or search any public record depository in the country.  We also maintain membership in the National Public Record Research Association, and became Charter members of the National Public Record Retriever Network, in order to remain informed, and to stay at the leading edge of our industry.

We specialize in UCC, tax lien, judgment and real property searches, although we can provide almost any service you need.  We do criminal record searches as part of pre-employment checks, and search any US courts throughout the country.  We are a true one-stop shopping company.  Need to search Canada?  How about the Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico?  We can do that, too!
